LEON WORKOUT PLAN
This plan is designed to help you work on your exercise habits, and will be tailored to your goals; do you want six pack abs or do you want to lift 400 pounds.
NOTE: Exercise is excellent to help with your cardiovascular health however without proper diet goals such as “washboard abs” may be more difficult and take longer. Plans are also designed for safe and controlled growth, you will not have a six pack and run a 3:50 mile in a week, these things take time.
IMPORTANT: Please reach out and inform Leon through email at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any medical restrictions (bad joints, asthma, etc). While pushing yourself is important be conscious of your limits and stay safe at the gym or where ever you work out. DO NOT do any exercise you are uncomfortable with unless you have a partner or spotter. DO NOT bench, squat, deadlift, or any exercise where you are lifting large weights without a spotter. If at any time you feel any pain out of the ordinary stop, seek professional medical help, and inform Leon of any changes to your medical restrictions. Stay safe, the goal is controlled improvement.

Supplements can be tricky. The many different types, quality and dosing can be tricky. I am happy to help recommend supplement stacks to pair with your training. Never guess again about what to take.

03. Wait for 48 hours as your custom plan is created
Allow me 48 hours to generate you a custom plan that suites your specific goals and needs.
04. TRAIN AND EAT LIKE A BEAST
It’s go time. Activate your inner beast, and follow the plan(s). Reach out when ever you need something or have a question.
