This plan is designed to help you work on diet and nutrition. Proper diet and meal prep is the best way to lose weight and will help with improve mood and energy. This plan is designed to work with nutrition marcos and give you flexibility to pick what you eat within the plan.
IMPORTANT: Please reach out and inform Leon through email at chapomealplan@gmail.com if you have any dietary restraints (gluten intolerant, diabetic, etc). If at any time you begin to feel ill or feel that something is wrong with your diet as we have laid it out stop, seek professional medical help, and inform Leon of any changes to your dietary restraints.

03. Wait for 48 hours as your custom plan is created
Allow me 48 hours to generate you a custom plan that suites your specific goals and needs.
04. TRAIN AND EAT LIKE A BEAST
It’s go time. Activate your inner beast, and follow the plan(s). Reach out when ever you need something or have a question.
